Warranty Information and Policy:
At Ames Computer & Tech Repair we strive to give you the best service repairs, products and installations in the industry!
Purchased Refurbished Computers:
We will warranty all (unless specified) computers, laptops, MacBook’s and iMacs purchased from Ames Computer & Tech Repair for 30 days.
That warranty does not cover drops, spills, power surges, intentional damage etc. We reserve the right to deny warranty coverage if we find that the issue is the user’s fault.
Service Repairs:
We warranty our work (labor) for 30 Days after the repair. However, we cannot cover drops, spills or lost equipment, intentional damage or customer error etc.
Parts:
We will replace defective parts that were purchased and installed by Ames Computer & Tech Repair up to 30 Days after purchase and install as long as the customer did not tamper with the repaired equipment. This does not include parts that are damaged by the customer (dropped, spilled or power surge intentional damage, user error etc.).
Receipt:
Customers must present invoice/receipt that was issued at the time of the service repair, sell or installation. Failure to present the invoice/receipt will nullify any warranty by Ames Computer & Tech Repair
Returns:
All sales are final! We will repair or replace defective computers or parts within the 30-Day warranty that are covered per the warranty policy above.
